From now until Home Owners take control of GHCA the Transition team will attempt to keep everyone aware of their activities, allow home owners to contact them, ask questions etc. The website is vital to this promise. The team will also communicate regularly (using e-mail) with the HOA Presidents who will be responsible for informing their individual home owners of the latest developments.

At time of Turn Over

Communications structure will be in place to allow the newly elected GHOH Home Owners Board to communicate efficiently with the home owners.

Goal

·  Establish a website for the Transition activities that can be reused by the new Board if required.
·  Establish an e-mail account that allows Home Owners to efficiently communicate with the board.
·  Establish an e-mail database for all home owner presidents and a methodology to keep current.
