Purpose
The Grand Harbor Oak Harbor LLC (GHOHLLC) was a temporary organization set up by the home owners of Grand Harbor & Oak Harbor to prepare for the transition of control of Grand Harbor Community Association (GHCA) from the developer to the home owners.
Their prime responsibility was to thoroughly investigate the conditions of the physical and financial assets of Grand Harbor Community Association and insure the developer has fulfilled its obligations to the home owners of Grand Harbor and Oak Harbor for a smooth transition. In the case of issues, GHOHLC will seek to negotiate a fair settlement.
