· Landscapers, Irrigations, Security, Cable

· Vision, general maintenance mangroves, signage, lighting road repair etc.

· Understand and follow Regulatory Compliance

· Identify the areas under the GHOH Home Owners purview

· Calculate the yearly cost to each Home Owner going forward

· Identify a third party property management company to replace the services currently provided by the Developer
