GH & OH has submitted to the developer its engineering inspection report, the report of its Finance and Accounting Committee and written positions on certain other financial deficiencies in GHCA while under the developer’s control.

Finance & Accounting
The result of a complete accounting review of current and historic GHCA books. Included are 5 adjustments and/or reimbursements that we are asking the developer to pay due to incorrect accounting treatments
Other Claims
Claims for the proposed use of GHCA funds for the replacement of the failed
E. Harbor Village Drive Bridge and the use of GHCA funds for the cleaning of pipe interconnections that the developer has failed to maintain.
